Too many restaurants with good branding and bad food.
The restaurant business is tough and I have a lot of respect for the entire chain of hardworking souls involved in bringing food to people. But somewhere during the past two decades, it feels like restaurateurs decided to pour more resources into marketing and less love into food and service.
Great food, made with care = a line out the door. No logo required.
