As the pressure of the season mounts, do not underestimate the power of microdosing practices that reduce tension and anxiety: one breath, one minute of meditation, one yoga pose, one minute jog, one walk down the driveway, one squat, one push up, one beat with your face turned up to the sky, a five-minute nap, a quick smile, a long hug, and lots and lots of music.
