Monday meditation:
Inhale, calm.
Exhale, smile.
Try it now. Close your eyes. On a slow deep inhale, say the word ‘calm’. On a slow deep exhale, say the word ‘smile’. Do that for several breaths.
Repeat a few times throughout the day—especially before a meeting. And after a meeting. And during a meeting.
