We lace each day with mental health boosts:
time outside,
a few deep breaths,
stretching,
meditation,
sleep,
naps,
closing the computer,
shutting off the phone,
turning up the music,
a break from the headlines,
a break from a person,
giving a hug,
calling a friend,
doing a favor,
a quick walk,
a long walk,
lifting weights,
a cardio push,
10 air squats,
10 push ups,
a fast cold shower,
a long hot bath,
pause,
smile,
you,
are,
alive.
