It’s Saturday. VO2 max day. Push the cardio and improve cardiorespiratory fitness day. Challenge is required. The same old same old won’t do the trick. Just like you need to challenge a muscle for it to grow and get strong, just like if you ignore the muscle it grows weak. VO2 max is like that. Find a hill. Find a jump rope. Find a fitness bike. Go.

Don’t despair.
Repair.
If you have an iPhone. Open the Health App. Choose Browse at the bottom of the screen. Choose Respiratory. See your Cardio Fitness/VO2 max score. Understand that the phone is not likely to be perfectly accurate. But it will give you a gist. Don’t despair. Repair.
