In America…
Meditation brings a matter-of-factness to life. It helps separate fact from fiction in our brain. So that we become clear about what is unfolding in any given moment, in any given situation. Clear, instead of muddled with layers and layers of runaway thoughts, delusions, drama. And from there, from that glorious place of ‘what is’ , we move with less anxiety, more peace, more skill.
