Stand up, point your toes forward.
Press your feet down into the earth and lift your heart high.
Now.
Reach your arms out to the side.
Slowly roll your palms up to the sky.
Keeping that motion, roll your pinkies up a little higher.
Now.
Notice how the heads of your shoulders are rolling back. Not forward. Yes, blessed back and not forward from all the texting and hunching.
Notice how your shoulder blades are pressing your chest open instead of your chest muscles contracting from all the texting and hunching.
Notice how your back muscles are turned on, how your shoulder muscles are turned on.
Notice how good you feel.
