Know thy kinetic chain.

Head, shoulders, knees and toes. It’s all related. Weakness on one end causes trouble on the other. Tight hip flexors on the front of the body, wreak havoc on the back. An injured shoulder can create woes for knees and feet.
The answer: Strength, mobility and attention up and down your beautiful body. Leave no nook unnoticed. Many sorts of pain can be diminished this way.
